This portfolio showcases all the artworks that I have done along with the diff types of art that I explored throughout my artistic journey. Art is not what you do on a piece of paper (or what you do with a piece of paper), rather, it tells a story about the artist herself.
The intricate mandalas take up majority of the space of my portfolio: it is because they have been a major part of my life. A Buddhist way of illustrating the working of a universe, Mandalas have the ability to relieve stress. The configuration of the internal designs signifies the interconnectedness of the societies and overall, the universe.
The classification of all the mandalas that I have drawn is based on the colour of the ink of the pen and paper used to draw them. Different types of ink depict the different moods that I wanted to illustrate through the mandalas to make the audience experience more versatile, even for my eyes.
Unlike mandalas, quilling had been the primary driving force in ushering me into the world of art. I started with drawing simple flowers, which soon turned into complex earrings. I started crafting earrings and selling them. Consequently, I started exploring with colours and designs by myself, which can be seen in the portfolio.
In the midst of my artistic journey, I have explored a lot of other art types: painting, drawing portraits, colour gradients etc., as can be seen in the miscellaneous art folder. This folder also contains Harry Potter related art (Potterheads unite!).
